Edible_Truths_Jerky
Created around 1550 by Native Americans to preserve meat for ease of transportation on journeys. Modern flavors consist of turkey, elk, bison, venison, caribou, kangaroo and moose. Jerky is part of the Edible Truths series. An editorial composite photography project showing a conceptual reality by juxtaposing where our food comes from and where we eat it. © Weston Fuller Photography
